The transition to new water meters has begun and this affects the meter reading process for all of the City’s water meters. This technical transition will take place over the next few months and requires the input from City Hall staff, Public Works crews, City engineers, the meter installation contractor, and two technical support companies for our billing software. With over 700 metered accounts to review and two methods of reading meters in place through the transition, there has been a steep learning curve. The City is aware of isolated errors and is correcting them. Reach out to City Hall if you have questions and please be patient as we work through this technical step.
