Please alert neighbors that the heat has some critters changing up their usual habits. Though rare, a rattle snake was sighted at West Beach on June 25th and removed by Public Works staff.
High winds, low humidity, and extreme temperatures are a recipe for fire hazards. Please be careful and limit creation of fire, sparks, and heated elements while outside.
Keep yourself and others around you (humans and pets) well hydrated.
Use extra caution when enjoying the outdoors during this time.
