Construction

crews are resuming and mobilizing for essential infrastructure projects.

These include completing the FEMA repairs included with the Ginkgo Street Improvement Project and starting the Sewer/Water Phase II Improvement Project. While most construction has been put on hold by the Stay at Home Order (see details), these essential projects will continue while the crews maintain social distancing and CDC recommended procedures, making sure all precautions are taken on work sites to minimize the spread of COVID-19. City crews, along with the contractors and consultants, are expected to follow the lead of the CDC and state and local health officials as it relates to COVID-19.

See the 3 maps below for the general location of FEMA repairs, sewer main improvements, and water main improvements. Mobilizing of equipment for the sewer and water project can be seen starting at the Public Works yard and behind (south of) City Hall .
